Student success initiatives strive to improve post-graduate outcomes, including graduation percentages and job attainment, for first generation and/or low income students (FGLI). Student matriculation programs strive to increase enrollment rates for first generation and/or low income students (FGLI). More than 50% of college students are FGLI.
