On January 22, the Brazilian government announced "New Industry Brazil," a reindustrialization plan that will cost Brazil about $60 billion. The plan's key provisions include tax credits, grants, and low-interest rate credit lines for agribusiness, and funding for domestic healthcare companies, decarbonization efforts, and defense. The service sector is the largest component of Brazil's GDP at 58.9%, followed by the industrial sector at 20.7% and agriculture at 6.8%. Brazil is a major global commodities exporter.
