Case construct: Mueller V. Oregon was a 1908 US Supreme Court decision, that ruled that Oregon's limits on the working hours of women was constitutional, under the rationale that it was permissible to violate the right to contract, because of a compelling state interest in promoting the strength of women's health and their families.
Case statement: Time-spaced to 1908, we believe it is more likely that the results of this decision will be anti-feminist rather than feminist.
Gov won on a 2-1 decision.
